developed, the Leuco Super profiler still remains
the popular choice amongst furniture, kitchen and
other woodworking industries. The high-tech design
ensures easy knife changes and allows an infinite
amount of profiles being produced with a single
cutter head.
The Leuco
Super Profiler consist of 3 parts, the tungsten
profile knife available in 2 grades, a backplate
and a wedge. Once assembled the Super profiler
can be used on moulders, spindle shapers, post
forming lines and double end tenoners. The most
popular sizes are the 40, 60 and 80mm wide cutters
and 2 new types have now been launched to accommodate
deeper profiles.
The new 40mm Leuco Super profiler can now take
20mm deep profiles and the 60mm can take 25mm.
The new Leuco Super profilers are now available
and profile knives can be supplied within a short
period of time.
